Summer is officially here (although in South Carolina it’s been hotter than Hades for several months already). And even though dehydration can occur in any weather, heat naturally brings with it some additional challenges to staying hydrated. So this month, we’re focusing on all things hydration related, from product reviews to survival tips.
Speaking of survival tips – one of the most popular “tips” is drinking urine to stay hydrated. Is this a good idea? Don’t worry – we’ll answer that question for you this month, plus many more. And women, you’ll want to tune in as well. Our newest contributor, Jamie Snoddy, is tackling the female physiology and how hydration requirements differ for women.
